Jamaican Rum Cake – A Slice of Home

Caribbean Heritages’ Jamaican Rum Cake had the guests at our wedding dancing with a plate in their hands. They could not put it down long enough to snap their fingers to the rhythm of Dennis Brown! My husband and I were barely able to carve out a slice for ourselves, as the flavor and the texture took our guests home. So, enjoy a slice, go home with a smile on your face. As my husband would say, it’s “wicked.”
